Mariane Ibrahim is delighted to return to the Grand Palais for the 2026 edition of Art Basel Paris, presenting exceptional works by gallery artists including Raphaël Barontini, Amoako Boafo, Salah Elmur, Clémence Gbonon, Ayana V. Jackson, Big Chief Demond Melancon, Leasho Johnson, and Zohra Opoku, among others.
Opoku has developed a textile-based practice combining screen printing, embroidery, and personal photography to examine the ways political, historical, and cultural contexts shape identity. Her works at Art Basel Paris resonate with her participation in The Harvest Season at Fondation Cartier, Paris, also opening during Paris Art Week, where she will unveil monumental new works alongside previous works from her celebrated series The Myths of Eternal Life.
